To get accent marks like á é í ó ú or special characters like the ñ or the cedilla ç on Android, just touch and hold the letter on the touch screen keyboard and a little box will pop up giving you more options with various accents.
Only update one version of one module at a time. Don't try to do everything at once or you might get errors or even the dreaded WSOD.
When updating modules in Drupal, update to the next version. For example, if your current version is 6.3 and you need to update to 6.6, update to 6.4, then 6.5, and then 6.6. Jumping version could cause buku problems.

In shopping centers and department stores, no one expects to haggle any more than you would expect to in the United States or Canada. You might still get a discount in a boutique if you invest time in being friendly with the salesperson.
Vendors of some items (like art or souvenirs) expect to haggle or bargain over the price. Whatever they quote, if it seems high, offer half. Decide mentally on your target price and be prepared to walk if you can't get there.
Drink bottled water. The locals do, too. If you have to drink tap water, boil it for five minutes (10 minutes at high altitude). It's usually OK to brush your teeth with tap water, but if you have doubts, use bottled water there, too.
